Original watercolor painting of Bunny Pose No. 4

$100.00

11"x15" watercolor, gouache + graphite on white paper

This painting shows two of a group of ten poses during a fun session with model Nellie Blue who does life drawing sessions on zoom. During this pandemic I am unable to hold my normal weekly session of life drawing as I have done for several years. This zoom session is a good substitute and with such a good model. I try to capture the beauty and ease of the female form. I work with swift strokes and make order out of chaos. Simplicity is the mark I strive for.

Second photo is of group during the session.
See video of all paintings from the session.

NOTE: inherent in the nature of this type of work there may be some finger prints, splashes + marks that are considered part of the essence of the Artwork by the Artist. These are not imperfections. These are markings of the minute in time of each particular sketch and add to the character of this genre of Art.

Additional

Please note that inherent in the nature of my work, splashes, fingerprints, blobs and paint drops may appear. This is considered part of the work, as my work is done at live model sessions and I am working quickly. These markings on the work give character and show the moment in time when the Art was made. I leave these marks for this reason and consider them important to the work.

I am grateful for your patronage and hope that you enjoy my Art.
